Jay from FLP helps our company in closing a impossible coverage on the parking lot, which is a State-run Vaccine Site serving local communities in preventing COVID-19. Abysmal customer service. Never had any big claims, but it’s a chore to get them to even do the little things such as; providing proof of insurance for a mortgage, getting car insurance switched over from a trade in, and comparing rates for us.
