I have been with Finkle for a number of years now and always found them professional and friendly. They provide a high quality service at what is a fair price....albeit I rarely need much more than a check and polish. I would have given 5 stars were it not for a niggle that doesn't seem to improve. No matter what time of day my appointment is, it will always start 10-15 minutes late and without apology. I would ask that the staff look into this.

In such wierd times I've not been going out so felt a bit anxious about visiting the dentist. I need not have worried the hygienist I'd not met before was understanding that I'm a nervous patient and was reassuring me all the time. I had my headphones on listening to music and felt very calm. On my visit to see Cliff for my check up, I was so calm I hadn't realised I'd not put my headphones back on. Thank you.
