I discovered this shop just shy of two years ago and visited a few times now. They are always helpful and friendly with either new purchases or kit repairs. Never pressure you into buying anything you don't want and their prices are highly competitive or even cheaper than other shops or the internet. I will definitely continue to use them in the future & recommend them to diving friends.

The members of staff in the shop are lovely and accommodating and there for anything you need. The Instructors are honestly a credit to their profession - always understanding, patient and looking out for your safety but also in developing your skills as a scuba diver.

I was trying to track down a product and was recommended to contact Fins. I cannot tell you how helpful they were. Nothing was to much trouble. They had everything I needed and went out of their way to sort out posting it to me. Really great customer service.

Great Dive shop - great team always ready to help. Amazing variety of equipment on sale at competitive prices. If you can't see what you want they can get it for you. Go and see for yourself you will be glad you did. PS Saturdays are best there is always coffee and cake!!!!

Some fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable instructors and staff, with a good range of courses, trips and excursions available to book, both in the UK and abroad. However, not all instructors are helpful unfortunately. At times condescending and impatient, a number of the staff have a cynical focus on sales that often ruins the experience. Dive trips, courses etc are competitively priced, but the majority of the dive gear can be sourced locally from highly regarded stores and suppliers, at considerably lower prices. It has been implied that the higher prices are justified for supporting your local friendly dive store, however, as stated there are others out there in the local area who provide the same service at more reasonable prices. That said a good place to learn to dive for the most part and a good place to meet and be introduced to local divers.

Went for diving lessons, and got what I needed. The majority of people were very nice, friendly, professional, and passionate about their work. Unfortunately the 1 star rating is due to 1 member, nicknamed Happy, mmm not so happy though as he is a pathetic little man, who gets his kicks from patronising and bullying students. Probably in some way to polish his very naff little ego. Yes unfortunately everywhere has at least 1, unfortunately finns scuba has Happy as he calls himself. Not good for business, but non of my business. Just wanted to give some honest feedback.
