Ashlee Rice was great with helping me find a health care plan. She was professional and patient on the phone, as I was calling from a home health agency with nurses interrupting....some involved (helping) with my phone conversation and others where just working in the background. Ashlee took the time to cross check a providing specialist with the plan I was selecting. She was prompt with follow up emails after selecting the plan. I have already passed her number along and will continue to do so. Thanks again Ashlee I appreciate your time and enjoyed our conversation this afternoon.

I'm a 60 yr. old who has never had a subsidy. This year has devastated my family of 3. Our income dropped to less than 17K for the first time in our lives due to injury and illness. We had to change as Fl. Blue wanted 2K a month to continue coverage even though my wife/school teacher for 36 years was out of work and still receiving treatment.
