We purchsed our fireplace insert from Fire Glow more than ten years ago. We love our insert and it gets heavy daily use from November to May every year. Our original blower finally went this week and I called today about a replacement one. They still had our make and model number on file and were able to quickly access that information and let me know wether they had the correct replacement part in stock. I picked it up a few hours later and was pleased with the price. Very happy to support this local business. Would highly recommend. My husband has already installed it and all went well.
