Bought a pair of shoes in their sale online yesterday and the shoes came today with clear visible discolourations on the leather. The leather was very wrinkly too and the shoes did not come with any protective plastic sheets at the bottom. Logo on the bottom of both shoes were very dirty, looked like they have been worn previously. Totally unacceptable and I’m still waiting to hear from them. The biggest question here is how did they even manage to not inspect the conditions of the shoes and let it ship to the customer. Even if an item is on sale, it doesn’t mean you should send a faulty item. So disappointed. PS. Their customer service hotline should be operating till 12mid night according to their website, called them just now (11:35pm in Italy’s time), no one picked it up. Super slow customer service. Please can they reply to my email as I don’t want to waste any more time in this.
My wife loved it since she spent over 2k. :). Friendly service good prices I guess
