Having just moved to the area, I found a local a shoe repair service (calzolaio) nearby. I was greeted warmly by Doretta who told me the price and that she would contact me via WhatsApp when my boots were ready. A week later my shoes were ready. Ken, the owner and shoe repairer, put in several hours of work on my shoes. He explained there was an issue with the glue and instead handstitched everything along with restoring the heel. My shoes have never looked so good! He was also kind enough to give me a waterproofing spray and brush to keep them in tip-top shape! Thank you Ken and Doretta for the wonderful service and craftsmanship. We will be back soon!

Amazing quality work and Simone is so attentive to the smallest details. His job is his passion and he made sure I was happy. I brought in five pairs of high quality shoes and I must say that I am client who expects perfection. Simone placed soles on my shoes to perfection. He and his wife are courteous and provided excellent service with a fast turnaround time. Do not hesitate to bring in your shoes.
