I usually don't like giving negative comments, but my experience was bad ... I just wanted to have a few balyajs on my brunette hair for summer. I showed some photos. When the process was over, there was a lot of orange hightlights on the top of my hair and very few random light ash shades on the bottom of my hair. It doesn't make sense, does it? The stylist tried to fix it, after 6 hours I was told that I could go home and wash several times, and if I was not happy I could go back and fix it. Nobody showed back of my hair .. After I left the salon, I met my husband in Florence, the first thing he said was \why so many different colors?\ It looked like 2 different heads. I called the hair salon, I made an appointment to fix. When I got there I was asked 120 euro to fix the work by the hairdresser who ruined my hair! After a very loooong stressful debate, it was accepted that I would pay 40 euros to remove the orange from my hair. Most of the orange colour removed however my hair is still a mess!!! It was clearly that the stylist was inexperienced and the cost to ruin my hair was 200 euros! The receptionist lady was nice, professional and definitely had more customer service experience

I love this salon. I first went to Contrasto 3 years ago when on holiday, however I am now living in Florence. I went back last week and had another amazing experience. Pasquale was my stylist and he did an AMAZING job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it. I would 100% recommend this salon to travellers and locals looking for a quality salon, service, product and experience.
