Best meal of my life, an experience as gorgeous as the city of Firenze. Spectacular and inventive (fish milk?, bell pepper jello?), totally elevated Italian cuisine. I had the standard (not seasonal) tasting menu, and every dish seemed to be better the last. Complex flavors without being overdone (although I enjoyed the pretentious water menu). The only imperfection I could find was that one of the snails had eaten a rock, and that resulted in one very unpleasant bite. Otherwise flawless from start to end. Expect to stay for a long time. They promised me the meal would last two hours, and instead it lasted over three hours and stressed me out towards the end due to other commitments that I was almost late for. But all is forgiven because the food was so amazing. Totally worth all 400 and all three Michelin stars. The meal was beyond words. I have attached a photo of what it’s like to eat here. Not a meal, an experience. From the start when we are greeted by the owner and manager to the end as we finished with a tour of their world acclaimed wine cellar - this was dinner and a show. A show of impeccable attention to detail in every instance of dining. We opted for the nine course seasonal menu. Each course fantastically planned, paired with its own unique silverware set. It was hard to pick our favorite. Dessert probably with the selection of after dinner chocolates. Not a wine menu - a wine Bible. A menu just for water. All in all expect to pay about 500 a person if opting for a bottle of wine - the least expensive is 150 a bottle. More of you are pairing it with wine. Overall an excellent night, well recommended.

When you find a table a “Three stars Michelin” restaurant, your heart starts beating uncontrollably! When you ask to have a private tour of the kitchens and wine cellar, you’ll feel like your heart stopped beating! Awarded since 1993 as of the world’s best restaurant part of the unique 132 list of outstanding restaurants, Enoteca Pinchiorri is one of those experience you have to to at least once in your life. Hosting the most expensive and most diverse wine collection of the wild with 85,000 bottles, the restaurant is much more than a place to eat, an experience, a journey, an achievement one would add to his discoveries

I can definitely see why this place received a 3-star Michelin rating. The food was fantastic. It was beyond amazing and service was impeccable. The portion sizes actually filled you up by the end of the meal. Everything was spectacular. Surprisingly enough, I don't think you need to necessarily make reservations here since I found the place to be pretty empty, but then again, not everyone is willing to dish out 300 EUR, per person, just for food, for a meal. I'm glad I got to check this place off my list of restaurants.

The food was superb, unique and exquisite. The service was impeccable. The cheese platter almost made me cry of joy... The sommelier did an amazing job at pairing each dish with the right wine. He courteously offered to visit the cellar at the end and showed us a cellar with exceptional bottles.
