Worst agency to rent an apartment in Florence! A guy named kevin promised us to rent the apartment, he said we can do the contract in the morning and you can shift in the apartment immediately after that. He never gave us the apartment or bothered about it at all! See the screenshot below to understand how unprofessional is this agency.

wouldn't recommend this agency at all. Found an apartment via this agency, but on the day we wanted to move in, the house was super dirty - kitchen was sticky, trash everywhere, disgusting bathrooms - though they promised us that they would give the apartment to us clean. The cleaning lady came for not even 10 min, Kevin (one of the agency guys) was very rude and not professional at all. All in all we ended up cleaning the apartment (a whole day!!) ourselves and were shocked by the unprofessionalism of this agency. Not \luxury\ at all.
Please do not use this agency. They just want to rip you off and don‘t offer any help with problems or questions. We had to pay so much for their „service“ but there wasn‘t any.
Highly unprofessional , the worst agency in Florence EVER, a guy name Kevin in the office promised to rent us an apartment , and after we packed our bags and checked out from our hotel, he sent us a message that we cant get the apartment.
