This is a very small parking garage in a very narrow street. So narrow that they don't even let you maneuver your car into the garage yourself. They do it for you. And the cars inside are stacked one against the other without any maneuvering space left between them. I also had to leave my key behind, which I didn't like. I thought the reason must be that they may have to move my car to allow another car to exit or something. Later I found out that they actually drive your car away to a parking lot outside the city, which is also the reason they ask you to call them 30 mins before you want to pick up your car. I don't know if they moved my car to another lot or not, but I really do not appreciate not having been advised of the possibility. Also, the price of 7 euro's per hour is off the charts expensive, abusive even. They'll tell you that it is because they are so close to the Piazza Del Duomo and that you are free to use a cheaper parking lot further away or even outside the city. But being free to park the car much futher away isn't such a freely available option for older people or people who have a bad knee like myself and have a hard time walking large distances.

Parking space is hard to find, we get it, it’s Florence but be aware. The real problem is that our hotel had made arrangements the night before for our car to be dropped off for us at a meeting spot. We waited and waited and no one showed up. Okay then.. so we call and they say they aren’t coming. We show up to the garage and they say that the car will be there in 30 minutes (which turned into 40.) Turns out they drive your car all the way across the city to another location through all the busy traffic, crazy drivers etc. we would NOT have left our car there if we knew that. They also needed to keep our keys which made us uncomfortable but we thought it might be if they needed to move our car to let someone else out. This was all so annoying, and inconvenient especially because we had made prior arrangements with them. Anyway eventually the car shows up.. and as my boyfriend is investigating the car for new scratches, the guy who dropped it off is urging us to get in and keeps repeating “it’s fine it’s fine!”.. no wonder why he was so concerned because then we realize they had BROKEN the handle off the armrest storage compartment between the two seats. If they had accidentally broken a mirror, sure we get that accidents happen. But why were you touching and opening the storage compartment to begin with? We’re you looking for something to take? So unnecessary, and now we have to pay to get it fixed. They didn’t even mention it to us as we just found the broken piece laying on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend using their services, it’s sketchy and shady.

They told us the maximum cost per 1 day is 35 and our bill after 5 hrs was more than this...
