Heading to Florence and feeling a little overwhelmed with the choices of tours and tour guides? Yes, we initially felt the same! Booking a tour guide can be very daunting! Choosing Guided Florence Tours was the best decision we made! Paola was just incredible. She was knowledgeable, fun and friendly and kept us interested the entire time. So much so that we actually booked FOUR tours with Paola. She was fantastic with the 3 children too and really knew how to make it memorable. Paola was a joy to deal with when booking. She left me absolutely confident after every conversation, that we had chosen the right company... and it did not disappoint. I cannot stress how good this company is, if you are booking tours when you head to Florence, book with them and you will not regret it!

She is a very sweet and kind lady. She really knows her information and took us to the majority of the attractions in Italy. We even got to see the parts of Italy that aren't \tourist attractions\. 10/10, would recommend
We booked a private tour through Guided Florence Tours for our one day in Florence and it was one of the smartest decisions we made! Paola was so incredibly knowledgable, welcoming and engaging. There was no way we would've been able to explore the city to the degree we did, had we done it on our own. Not only did she educate us about Florence's rich art, history and politics, but she also possessed such a passion for the city--that it was impossible to not fall in love with it as well. We felt very fortunate to have this crash course with one of the best teachers in the city and we will definitely be contacting Paola when we visit again!
