The very good atmosphere. The good service. Of course the sushi is adapted for European taste. Very creative design and presentation. I have read the other review and it's a lot of strange opinion like \ the sushi is not like in Japan\. Really... You r in Florence. If you want real Japanese sushi you need to pay twice and even that doesn't garranty the good quality. Any way I like the place and the food. Thanks

The Sushi was good, side dishes were decent too. I wouldn't recommend the noodles since they weren't very tasty. The price/quality is pretty good also. I would recommend this place, just stay away from the noodles.
It's OK. Other reviewers seem to have focused on the seafood. Unfortunately, squid was very chewy, good taste aside from that. Pork and egg lacked much flavor by itself, I added some of the provided soy sauce to compensate.
Not my favorite sushi but the service was excellent!
Nice Japanese restaurant in Florence and I this it one of the best, the decorations was perfect with Japanese style, the staff was friendly, the menu was creative and varied, the food was delicious and fresh, the price little experience but it worth it,
