My family of four went on a day tour of San Gimignano, Siena & Chianti with My Tour in Florence. It involved a lot of walking which I was not looking forward to, in fact my step counter showed a record high for me. But our exuberant guide Rosa made the day a very enjoyable experience. She was charming, funny and very informative. Her brilliant smiling face throughout the day belied the fact she has to deliver such a quality of service everyday. Must also mention our driver Adrian, a capable and professional type, who safely delivered us to our destinations and back. The tour itself exposed the beauty of this region even further. Our provided lunch and wine tastings was also truly amazing and for once my wife enjoyed her vegetarian option. Thank you very much for making our day memorable. Well done, My Tour and Rosa.
