Stayed here on our trip to Italy while in Florence. The Sisters were amazingly gracious. Very comfortable and clean rooms. 5 minute walk from stepping off the train and surrounded by shops and restaurants so you'll always be near whatever you may need. Florence is an extremely walkable city so you'll find it's basically a 10-15 minute leisurely stroll through the winding history of Florence to the main sites like the Duomo.
