The employees here are so kind and helpful! They helped me and my friend get the tattoo we wanted on a trip abroad. We speak very little Italian, but they spoke English and didn't make us feel silly for any of our questions. When in Florence, stop here!!
Walked in to get my piercing changed. Very professional staff with a very professional piercer got the job done in no time. They speak great English btw so communication is not a problem.
