We are so lucky we found found Valentina and Elena @ VB-Events! They are a ockstar\ team and delivered a dream wedding for us. They did not only organized and managed everything, but they did it in style and grace. The key is that VB-Events has access to the best vendors in Florence. from wedding location, to flowers, transportation, caterers to music, photo and video and even to fireworks. Nothing is impossible, and they stood by us with great advise and direction and negotiated on our behalf, and made all our requests and ideas happen with ease. It is not easy to plan a destination wedding in Italy from all way in the United States, but the VB-Events team made it happen all the way through. We had 3 days of events, from welcome reception at Sesto on Arno, to the wedding at Villa Gamberaia to an after party Tuscan Picnic the next day at Castello Nipozzano. Valentina & Elena did not miss a beat, took care of all the logistics, made sure that our guests had everything taken care of from the day they arrived from the US and all over Europe. In short: WOW! We had the best experience with VB events for our wedding in Pienza. I was in discussion with around 10 wedding planners and so happy that I found Elena! She is very accommodating and reliable. She has an excellent taste too. If we had to do it over again, I would be more than happy to let her decide everything for us! What I appreciate the most is her honesty; she gave honest suggestions and also told us where we should not be spending! On the day, the whole team was professional, elegant and very well organized.
