If you are looking for a wedding planner and came across Victoria’s profile – search no further. She organized our wedding in September 2015 and our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed it and that it was the most amazing wedding they had ever been to. They talk about it so much and so often that we began to think that it is not them just being nice, but they indeed had a great time. It is important to note that we had a budget and Victoria worked within those constraints. The outcome was just beyond words, it looked and felt like a million-dollar wedding. The ceremony and reception took place on a villa overlooking the hills of Tuscany with 80 plus guests coming from all over the world (USA, Argentina, Russia, Europe). Victoria works with top-notch professionals and we are beyond happy with our photographs, video, make-up artist, flowers, DJ and catering services. Being on a budget while having very high standards and style expectations I spent considerable amount of time looking for quotes and options just to find out her options were very competitively priced and reliable. Therefore, do yourself a favor - trust her recommendations entirely – and spend your precious time doing something more fun. The wedding day went smoothly, I did not have to worry about anything and just enjoyed the best time of my life. I am beyond grateful for her work and it was a true pleasure to work with Victoria.

Victoria helped me plan my wedding in May 2017 and we couldn't be happier with her work! She did an incredible job helping me select the vendors, communicate with them, organize our schedule for the wedding and all related events, keep track of my guests and overall make sure that everything run smoothly. I was truly impressed with her work ethic - she never missed a phone call or text message and was very quick to communicate and take care of all possible requests starting from DJ selection to getting us band-aids on the day of my wedding. We wanted to do a simple wedding ceremony in Florence but we had not visited Italy before.We contacted a few wedding planners there and chose Victoria without any doubt as she is very professional, friendly and meticulous. She helped us to check what are the procedures required for foreigners to wed in Italy and replied very quickly. Getting married in a foreign land can be daunting but after a few emails with Victoria, we were rest assured that things would turn out well. She is very transparent--sent us the portfolios and openly discussed with us what kind of ceremony we want, budget, what kind of flowers, make up artist, photographers etc. Although its a small event, she cares about every single detail too. With her help, the paper works became much easier. On the day of the event, things turn out well (in fact better than what we expected!). Although it's only two of us, we felt truly blessed throughout the whole event. Very grateful to have Victoria as our wedding planner :) Grazie Millie!

Victoria was just fabulous ! My husband and I reached out to her just a few short months before our wedding date and she was extremely accommodating and patient and walked us thru every single detail. Destination can be very stressful and Victoria did her best to make it as painless as possible, at times, even pulling personal favors to help us get thru difficult times and even got us the cutest flower girls and boys, the ITALIAN STYLE !!!! To be frank, we could be considered the so-called very demanding customer as we have a lot of exact requirements, and we also often make last minute changes but Victoria never complained but just worked thru it and pulled it off successfully. Some times, she would respond to our emails 2am at night (HER TIME), just to make sure she got things done on time !!! She is absolutely amazing !! She also helped us compare pricing to always get us the best deal possible and went above and beyond to give us pointers to our post-wedding travels etc. We are so glad we had her as our wedding planner. If you are considering to use a wedding planner for destination wedding in Italy, especially in Florence, Victoria is the best !
