I was able to make an appointment to service my fireplace within a week. Isaac and his apprentice showed up on time, serviced my fireplace answering all my questions and explaining what they were doing (I was very curious). They even put up with the nosey dog sniffling around. Top notch people, kind, considerate and knowledgeable! Would call upon them again without hesitation.
