Great place wouldn't go anywhere else ,had our fire fitted 18 months ago turned up promptly cleared up after them..then the other day we had a problem with it...they came out, looked at it and because they couldn't replace it straight away they loaned us one until our replacement came... brilliant service yet again ,kept in touch via texts keeping us posted and changed the fire no problem where do yiu get a service like that these day's

Very friendly informative staff. Helpful without being pushy.We were unsure whether the fireplace would fit and a fitter came out promptly to check. The same fitter installed the fire giving us a full explanation as to how the fire functioned, took the old fire away and was very tidy. On paying the balance we were told that if we had any problems in the future to contact the Studio. An excellent service from start to finish. We would wholeheartedly recommend Fireplace Studio.

What an excellent customer orientated shop. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all our queries were answered by return of email or phone call on the day they were posed. We set a fitting date which was adhered to. The Fitting team of James and Martin were fantastic. James has had 20 years experience and could see and solve any problems in advance. The fitting therefore went very smoothly and they were very careful to clean up as they went along. Thrilled with our new fires. Cannot rate them high enough - Five stars!
