A Disaster...Worse service imaginable. Three service calls, close to 600 in parts and our gas log stove still doesn't work. I wouldn't buy a box of matches from them. Ask to speak to the owner and they refuse to give his name out. Going to have to find him by going through the court house...

They just installed a gas insert fireplace in my basement. Couldn’t be happier with Tom and the team there. Install was flawless and my new fireplace looks amazing! Would recommend them to anyone considering a new fireplace.

At first, I was pleased, however now since we need a service professional to adjust our fireplace, my husband and I are highly dissatisfied. We have been trying for 2 weeks for a return phone call from Ray the service scheduler to just communicate what is happening with our request. We have been to the showroom twice to calmly discuss this issue. Yesterday Ray was immediately defensive and lied that she called us (which we expressed that she didn’t) and she finally admitted her lie saying that she didn’t call us. Also she was rude saying “I have a stack of people that are as important as you think you are”. Total incompetence.
