WORST BANK AFTER BLOCKING THE ACCOUNT THEY THEMSELF DONT KNOW WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO THEIR CLIENT ACCOUNTS. EVEN THEY DONT INFORM FOR ANY ISSUE TO THE CLIENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE(SHEZAD) VERY RUDE WITH NO SOLUTION BEHAVIOR. CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED IS EITHER BUSY OR NON RESPONSIVE. YOU HAVE TO WAIT DAYS TO USE YOUR OWN MONEY IN ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON TOLD AND NO ONE KNOWS.

The worst bank I have ever dealt in my life. Very unprofessional staff doesn’t know the basic rules of working. Less educated n unaware of banking rules.
Customer service said 9:30. To 12:30 but upon traveling all the way it’s mentioned as 12PM to 4.
Still i don't know!!! is this a grocery or bank!!! I think that is grocery because too many time ask for change for my 1000 dirham and big notes.that time they always say they dont have. I didn't ask free money. I just asked for change. I don't know.its a poor bank thats why they selling something there doesn't have money for giving.

For more then 7 years in UAE the most horrible experience of dealing with worst bank ever. Unprofessional and lying to your face stuff in FAB Mall of Emirates. I was trying to close my account 3 times, every time they were lying they did it. However it is open and every time charging me because I am not using their services. Customer service is horrible even email for complaints not working. Feeling disappointed for such irresponsible way to manage and operate.
