When I first opened an account via online, I instantly received an email stating to call to verify a few things. I called and was told udely\ that they will call me within 24 hours. 4 days later I had to call again an left a voice mail. Next day I had my wife call and finally got thru to someone that opened my account. We'll see how it goes when I walk in to make a large deposit.
