To be honest I was very skeptical to go First Auto. I have had some not so nice experiences with other dealerships, I won't go into details. I called and talked to Kevin at 5pm and he said to come down. I test drove the truck at 530pm. Kevin stayed late and did what he could after hours to help me. I came in the next morning and it was smooth sailing. It was a great experience and I recommend anyone and everyone to give them a shot for your next vehicle.

Honest Reviews

My honest review, First time buying a car so i get the 1200 warranty they offer. I did not know what it covered but the gentleman helping me told me if anything went wrong it would be covered. Fast forward 10 months and my radiator busts, i call first auto to see what my next step should be. They told me the first step would be to get my warranty paper. After searching i come to the conclusion they never gave me the paper. After calling them they find it. So i go in to get the paper and ask Jared to take a look at it to make sure my warranty covers my radiator because if not i would just get the part and do it myself. Jared looks at his computer and tells me my warranty will cover it so I ask where i should take it, he says anywhere. So i take it to a shop, show the guy my warranty, they take it and i leave my car there to be fixed. The shop calls two days later to tell me my warranty will not cover it and that it would be 900 to fix without the warranty. So I call first auto and they act like i said radiator hose and hoses are normal wear and tear. So I wasted 5 days without my car and 60 for the shop to tell me what i already knew was wrong with the car and for me to end up fixing it myself. They did great selling me the car though.

Worked with me hoping they do it again soon. Harold Koch and I are interested in a king cab truck. Nothing down 02/25/2021 Well paid my truck off in good faith and I applied to get another I was approved for 15000 and I pick a truck for 13900 and was told I couldn't get unless I had 2000 down. Thanks for lower my credit score.and also was they would work with me with down by even making payments on the down.i rather not mention the person's name that said it. 03/02/2021 Thank you Amber for giving me a call to let me know you and dealership only work with people sometimes but only special situations can some make payments on thier down. Thanks for the call on my review
