Mama Loves Jesus

Went for Thanksgiving dinner at 10:30 AM. They were feeding the homeless. We were treated like we were related to the mayor or something. I miss homemade sweet potato pie so much. They let me have as much as I wanted. I felt loved. They also took us shopping at their makeshift flea market. I wanted a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal even though I'm no kid. The lady also gave me Minnie to go with Mickie. It took all I had not to bust out crying. They had all ages volunteering. This is a real church and God bless the pastor for that amazing sermon on not stressing and worrying over things. And to be content in life. That was a word well received. The lady in front of me cried and she also prayed the prayer. Hopefully, someone from the church reads this. God bless y'all 100 times over for what you did. By the way, the turkey was dry and I ate every bit. It reminded me of home.
