Outstanding Experience!! I signed in at 10:00am; sat down, looked at my phone message that stated that I was next in line— it would be about 9 minutes — immediately, I heard my name called —I walked to my car at 10:05 am!!! Awesome

Worst service ever by any agency these people should be abolished and should be removed and fired they treat people like dirt they have changing policies of how to wait in line and absolutely disregard your time and your money do not go here go to any other agency to take care of these problems they just simply simply corrupt

I made an appointment to do a fast title and get plates. I got in right away, and thought this was going to be a quick and painless process. I was wrong. The majority of the ladies that were working that day were very rude. Most seemed unable to answer simple questions. I had to leave to get more money out of the ATM and upon returning the person closest to the front couldn't tell me if I needed to check back in. Her only response was \I don't know who was helping you\. I feel that for 640 and 3 hrs of my time they at least could have been a little more pleasant. I would rather go to the DMV... Or even get a root canal without drugs than go back to this place. Avoid it and save your money.

Benita was awesome. Got in and out quickly. Make sure you set an appointment online a day in advance. If you walk in it will take hours. Be kind, be patient and plan ahead.

Feb 3, 2020 - We went back to complete our title and registration and I have to say it was a turn around. Much improved attitude, Helpfulness, Time for our appointment. It was like we went to a new location but we were at the old one with a great impression. Happy to report my new experience. Jan 13, 2021 - I received a call from customer service after posting a terrible review. As terrible as yesterday was today a great experience. Ma Fulsom was courteous, respectful, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. She listened and was interested in correcting my issue with the agency. I hope to give a 5 star when I go back to the office again within a month. The company has a valued employee in Ms. Fulsom.
