My Family and I cannot begin to express how happy we are with our experience with First Call 24-7. They were amazing and every member of their team went out of their way to assist us. After our initial call to them, they came out immediately to inspect our home, finding mold in areas that we weren’t even aware of. They took quick action to remove the mold safely and efficiently, and worked directly with our insurance company to expedite the approval process. Our home required a great deal of renovations, but they guided us through every step and answered all of our questions. We were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy, and they created a process that was stress free and exciting even during this coronavirus/pandemic. We couldn’t be happier with the results and we would highly recommend First Call 24-7.
