I absolutely love working for FCC. There is a great variety of shifts (hospital, aged care & community). The staff are so friendly, supportive & prompt. I highly recommend FCC, especially if you're a nursing student. The flexibility is fantastic!

FCC are the most professional agency to work for. Their system to allocate shifts is the easiest to any other agency (direct phone call), all the admin staff are friendly and professional with all communication, and shifts are easy to complete when you simply sign in and out using the facilities folder rather than having to do your own timesheets. If you're going to work for an agency, make it FCC - couldn't recommend more!

I absolutely love working for FCC I have been with them for just over 8years, and I know that I will continue working for them for a long long time. Despite being offered jobs in various hospitals over the years, I always refuse as I love what Agency Nursing is all about: flexibility of work hours and great rates of pay I have my name down and have worked with 2 other agencies but I have made FCC my No1 as the staff are outstanding, extremely professional, always helpful, respectful and very supportive They are almost like my family! They have made the effort to get to know me personally, my likes, dislikes and my weaknesses They always try to meet my needs rostering me where I like to work and are greatly sympathetic when I have been cancelled. I have called them to vent about issues at wrk which have irked me but I know that when things have not gone as planned, they are always there to listen and are very supportive. I feel they have my back I have had the opportunity to meet a few of them in the flesh and it was great to finally put a name to the face! I have also worked in a couple of contracts with them and have found them to be outstanding, phoning just to touch base making sure that i was ok I recommend them to almost everyone I meet and i feel proud to wear my name badge and represent such a fantastic agency
