Really pleased with the work Ryan has done. Quote was done quickly and was very reasonable compared to others I had recieved. Work was completed to a high standard and very thoroughly, including tree clearance, a new patio and some fencing. Nothing was too much bother. I would definitely recommend Ryan and will be calling on his services again in the future.

I found the work done by First Class fencing far exceeded all of our expectations. The work done by Ryan and his team was very professional and value for money. The materials that have used are top quality and they do not leave a job until done. Ryan has communicated with us and managed our expectations and time scales. Had first class fencing put me some top quality ram security posts in on my drive after a theft of one of my vehicles, Ring the firm and quoted me and came before time agreed and made a excellent job of the posts and reassured me that they was not a chance of these post being able to be moved, Made a clean finish and tidy job well done by Ryan who was very good at his job. Terrible workmanship & non existent after service. I would NOT recommend this company. Numerous problems with the installation and very poor quality product fitted. Won't reply to our requests to return to fix the job. If you use this company, you want to pray you won't need him to return because as soon as he has your money, he disappears off of the face of the earth. Had to get a more reliable/professional company to return to fix the job & they couldn't believe what a state the job had been left in. Every aspect of the job had been 'bodged'. We have since met another customer of First Class Fencing & Garden Maintenance whom unfortunately have experienced the exact same service & poor quality work.
Came out when they said they would to do a site survey, actually 15 minutes early, however, when I explained what exact kind of fence I wanted a face was pulled that I can only describe as incredulous. Nevertheless I was told that they would go away and see whether they could source the materials or not, and either way they would call me back that afternoon to discuss either labour and materials quote, or just labour quote with me needing to source materials. It's over 3 weeks later and I've heard absolutely nothing - and they called me prior so I know they had my number. If you don't want to do a job just say so, it's not the sign of a good company to string people along and then fail to follow up.
