No after hours support, multiple times after 10 PM access to my money was shut off and my card declined to which they replied \our system was updating\. That should *never* happen. I was also advised based on X factors I would be the perfect candidate for a car loan and then when I applied they denied me because I hadn't been living at my current address long enough and did a hard pull anyways, lowering my credit score. Got the car loan without a hitch elsewhere. The staff are all really nice people but the bank sucks.
