Very professional and friendly, felt at ease throughout. Covid restrictions strictly adhered too. This was was my 3rd visit (had 4d scans with 2 previous pregnancies) and this just as good as Other scans. Appointment was on time. Highly recommended.

I had been recommended first encounters by 2 friends who have used them recently with their pregnancies. This is my first pregnancy and a worrying time, so getting reassurance early was key for me. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They have a big plasma TV that you can see the scan on. They didn't turn this on until they had a clear image of baby where it was supposed to be. This was good especially when ruling out eptopic pregnancy. You get a little goody bag at the end with cute bits and information. Lovely experience.

From the moment I stepped into the building I felt at ease and comfortable. The place was so clean and before I entered the building everything was wiped down for safety. I was welcomed in by such a lovely receptionist, I didnt get her name which is a shame. She then took me to the scanning room and I was also greeted with another 2 lovely women. So talkative and made me feel so comfortable. Pointing everything out on the scan so I knew what was going. Was such a lovely experience and will definitely be going there again on my next child.

I've used First Encounters for my past and current pregnancies and have always had a lovely experience. I had a gender and wellbeing check. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Social distancing was easy thanks to the layout. I was impressed that I was given a photo cloud with so many images and videos. I have some beautiful videos of my baby girl kicking. I would recommend First Encounters to any pregnant woman. Im considering more scans as my pregnancy progresses.
