Beware of this company...they do not stand behind their product. We had a patio installed by them about 5 years ago. From the first summer, the lights they used for our patio did not work correctly. They came out a couple of times to try and fix the issue by doing the same thing over and over again with no success, instead of finding a solution that actually worked. Since then, after repeated requests, they have not followed through and have not been responsive. Very disappointed in this company.
The First Impressions team was great to work with. They took my messy sketch on a piece of graph paper and turned it into a reality. Our patio could not have turned out better.
We were very happy with our experience with First Impressions Hardscapes. They came recommended from someone in a facebook post I made when looking for a good contractor to redo my parking pad, which was falling apart concrete. They were also on the list of reputable contractors for the permeable paver program in Washington, DC, so we decided to get a quote. Dustin came out right on time and surveyed the area and talked us through the process and recommendations. He drew up a design for us that very same night. We went through at least 6 different designs with Dustin until we got it just right, each time he took our thoughts into consideration, made changes, and adjusted the quote. We had his email and cell phone through the whole process and he was very quick to answer all of our continuous questions. Once we decided on a design and set the date, John came out and marked off the area, and his crew was there the very next morning. They were slightly behind schedule due to a weather issue so they came out on a Saturday to ensure they finished our project on time. We made a last minute change that Saturday and John came out to help us incorporate this. The end design was beautiful, impeccably done, and we appreciated the amazing quality and excellent service. I would highly recommend!
