I just got my braces off today and for the 2 years I’ve had my braces on, my experience has been very pleasant. The staff members are very nice and caring. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Dr.Lu was very experienced and truly amazing. I’m very glad that I got my braces done at First Impression.

Absolutely recommend First Impression Orthodontics! I have 3 daughters that are seen here and I am so grateful for everything Dr Lu and the staff have done for us. Dr Lu answers all of our questions and addresses any concerns we have. I cannot say enough how nice and caring the ENTIRE team is! You will never feel like there are too many patients and you’re just a number here. They truly care about their patients and it shows. NO issues with making appts, even emergency ones! The office is always meticulously clean and welcoming. It’s modern and updated per COVID guidelines.

First Impressions Orthodontics is a great choice for orthodontic care. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff is super kind and helpful. Dr. Lu is extremely knowledgeable and provided a comprehensive treatment plan for my daughter. We were so impressed with Dr. Lu that we are continuing to see him even though we have moved out of the immediate area. Highly recommended!

From entry to exit, simply amazing! Dr. Lu truly has a great staff. Everyone was very pleasant, welcoming and seemed happy to be at work. Shout out to Andrea, Nicole, and Lindsay,... but especially Nicole and Lindsay for thoroughly explaining what I could expect at today’s visit. This definitely lowered my blood pressure (). Dr. Lu, you rock! Thanks for thoroughly suggesting and explaining treatment plans that would meet the desired outcome. Google searcher, if you are looking for an orthodontist, I recommend none other than First Impression Orthodontics! There cannot possibly be another office in the area that compares.

The staff is like a family and never fail to make us laugh during our appointments. The environment of First Impression is always friendly and kind the moment we walk through the doors.
