Earlier this week I stopped in at the drive through to deposit a 10k check and the ladies were rude to me.It took over 20 minutes of disputing with the teller as she was eating her burger.They said that they would have to put a hold on the check because of the amount even though I have funds to cover it 5x over and I've been banking with them over 13 years. As soon as I said well id like to just close all my accounts with the bank because of the customer service, the supervisor said she could deposit it no problem. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with them. The drive thru is always horrible. I bet if I was someone they knew personally it would have been no problem. I am done with this bank. they don't offer anything other than using my money to make money for their gain.
