I do not like leaving negative reviews, in fact I can count on less than a couple of fingers. During the COVID-19 pandemic my business got mandated to close. I called Advance right away and asked for a payment vacation of 90 days as my significant other and I were both put of work with no income. They did grant me 90 days, however they were going to charge me a 50 a month fee. My payment is only 149 a month and some change, that's a third of my payment in a "fee". I feel like that's bad practice, I did fortunately have better luck with the rest of the financial institutions we deal with. I will not use Advance again for another purchase.

We financed a Lift (30K) for our shop and paid it off early, however they charged us the FULL amount of interest regardless of early payoff. Even the sales rep went to bat for us because he didn't know that's how they do business he was told that's our business model.
