I was very pleased with my move. The trucks and men arrived within the expected time. The men took care of my things ensuring that they did not damage my walls or the furniture. They were professional and courteous. If I would move again, I would call upon Fisher Transfer.

Punctual and courteous, but they don’t know anything about pianos as musical instruments versus pieces of furniture. After a seven minute truck ride our studio grand arrived with the damper and sustain pedals messed up. Also, they didn’t know the distinction between the different types of pianos, so they quoted me a different price over the phone than what they charged me in the end. My bad for not doing enough research before I hired them. This company would be fine if you were just trying to move an old clunker piano from point A to point B, but if you have an instrument you care about, better to find out more about how much they know about pianos.

I received a quote from them about moving a piano. When I tried to contact them to hire them I had no response. At first I was told someone was busy but would return my call with 30 minutes. I never heard back. I call again multiple times for several days, left voicemail messages, and sent an email but was never able to get in contact with them again. Extremely disappointed but glad I didn't have to deal with this lack of response after actually hiring them.

Fisher Transfer, LLC moved our piano from our old house to our new house and they did an excellent job! They were very careful with transporting our piano, as well as very careful moving it around the tight walls and doorways and changes in the flooring levels. They were also right on time and were very kind and courteous. I highly recommend them!
