I have been going to this gym for a little less than a year. I love it. The variety in classes is great, the staff are super friendly and I always leave feeling fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Great jams for all the classes and a super clean environment. Highly recommend.

I saw Karmen for a deep massage because I was having horrible pain in my knees and low back. She was SO wonderful! I have been struggling for months with pain and she was able to give me relief right away. I would HIGHLY recommend her for a deep tissue massage.
I’ve been a member at Elements for several years. The staff is excellent - very friendly, helpfully and knowledgeable. Elements offers a variety of classes...something for everyone. I love the sauna! The facility is very clean. The price is right!
I LOVE Fit Elements! Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. Staff is helpful and there is no judgement during classes or working out when you are there. Highly recommend to any woman wanting to get in shape and have a positive, uplifting, and supportive place to do so.
I have been going to Fit Elements since the day it opened. Things I love are it's gorgeous so it feels good to work out there. The staff, trainers, etc. are welcoming. Gravity is one of my favorites!! I can get in - get a great workout and out on my way quickly. I am excited about their new spa coming soon!!!
