This Gym is a big scam. I signed up for a one year membership and due to the pandemic they were closed, so I assumed since my one year came due November it’s going to canceled. They keep charging me since November and charged me a renewal fee. I been trying to cancel this membership since December, when I call the Gyn the owner said they can’t cancel it at the location and give me an email address to a third party call ABC financial if I want to cancel. She is taking no responsibility that or wanting to help cancel my membership or refunding any Of the 3 months she has been charging me. The owner is extremely rude and told me I should have read my contact. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this gym. The few times I went, it was not clean and the sauna never works. Terrible service and they don’t go over the contract with you when you sign up. Go to a real gym.

Covid or not, this place is truly an amazing place to start health journey! Clean, people keep a safe distance, and you could schedule your workout time too: There’s also group classes 4 days a week and it’s honestly the best thing ever :’)

Horrible experience trying to cancel my membership during a pandemic. Charged me, prorated my contract, charged me random additional charge without notifying me first. Horrible business practice. Won’t respond to my calls or emails. Deleted my comment on Instagram and blocked me. I filed a complaint with the BBB. So many people online have the same exact issue. Very unfortunate that the manager has such a lack of empathy and understanding during a time like this.

This gym is horrible. I don’t usually write reviews but this gym deserves it. Don’t waste your money and time on them. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since two months because you need to contact a different department for canceling which they take forever to answer. The owner is so rude and always only one person working there. The whole experience is horrible. Just don’t waste your money on an old broken machines.

A fraudulent so-called \business\... They closed when Covid started. It's OK as I already decided to stop visiting this unclean place with faulty equipment where men not so rarely showed up inside. But to my great \surprise\ I found out that they charged me in October and November almost 100 for what?!!! tried to call them - never picked up a phone, texted them, messaged via Facebook - no response! Hopefully this fraudulent \business\ will cease to exist soon. Stealing money is a way leading to Hell but not to success.
