Terrible Customer Care, extremely poor quality equipment, DO NOT BUY from them. Late 2017 purchased a brand new treadmill (cost close to 1000), within several weeks machine stopped working. Initially, they seemed to provide good customer care and replaced machine with what was meant to be higher spec. The replacement machine did not see a great deal of use over the next 2 years, low and behold it stopped working. By this stage C19 had arrived and understandably and were generally slow to respond. What followed was several months of batting back and forth via email and telephone calls. Photographs were provided of the fault and we were misled many times that a part was on order however C19 was preventing its dispatch. The final straw was being informed the part had arrived and a technician would come and conduct repair. Said technician arrived with the \part\ ...a pair of plyers , crimped a cable and left, machine functioned for 15 minutes and part broke again. Long story short, I would not recommend this company or their goods and am currently taking legal advice due to breach of contract / trading standards / Credit Consumer Act.
Ordered a WaterRower on Tuesday it was delivered to Dublin on Friday in great condition. Very happy with the speed and efficiency of the transaction.
