My wife and I enjoyed training here with Alex and Bonnie when we lived in Texarkana. Workouts are intense and the accountability definitely helps. If you train here at least twice a week then there's no need to pay for a membership at any other gym.

I had waited to see my wife's progress, before I left this review for Fitness Pros, Alex and Bonnie are very chill, the environment is Amazing, I can attest that if you are looking for results, this is your place, they can customize a workout to you, and are very accommodating to your needs as a person, and will work with you to achieve your goals, I havent been dissatisfied with the service here, if you wanna lose wait they can help, if you want to get stronger they can help too, this is an all around good place and enviorment.
