My wife and I visited Fiuggi and stayed at Silva Hotel Splendid for a week in May 2019 and had one of the best vacations of our lives. I am a cyclist and had the opportunity to go out and explore the countryside with the guide/bike manager Adriano on an exceptional Italian-made Pinarello road bike on 3 separate days. Yes there are hills but the scenery is breathtaking and well worth the sweat and effort. What I didn't realize was how amazing it feels to relax in a spa after a workout and relaxed in all 3 three levels of options the hotel had to offer almost every single day. Normally when visiting Italy, you must eat at certain times of the day but Silva is very accommodating to cyclists given they may return at different times during the day. As I am celiac, I must eat gluten free but this was not an issue as the hotel had many options for me to choose from with each and every meal. Although communication in English may be a bit difficult with some of the staff (you're really in the heart of Italy here!) they make an effort to explain things to you so you know what you are ordering. The buffer on the weekend is great but we enjoyed the special meals prepared on the weekdays. I also really appreciated the laundry service for my cycling gear. The village is so quaint and there may not be much in the sense of big name stores but this allows you to experience Italy as it should be. We liked it there so much, we didn't bother visiting Rome for a day trip and decided we would do that on another trip. All in all, we hope we get a chance to go back and visit again.. it was so relaxing and exactly what we needed!

The hotel is extremely nice, and the Spa is amazing; it has swimming pools, sauna, turkish bath and more. The price is fair for what is offered and the service is great. It has a free parking area. I tried the evening buffet for dinner and the food was very good. I believe this is one of the best Spa Hotels in Fiuggi
Very nice hotel room but I had problems with the payment they said something I did something else so was not so happy about it
Hotel is lovely with a super spa. Not all rooms refurbished yet some some are a bit tired but adequate. Administration is appealing. We never soft for items to go on our bill and they rarely asked for a room number but items did get on the bill. We were in a group and there was a mix up with the bills and we overpaid and they claimed that they could not put the refund back on our credit card, we would have to leave our bank details for them to do a transfer in five days! As we were returning to the UK this was totally unacceptable so we sorted it out with the others in the group
We spent a night in the hotel and spa and we had a very good experience. Prices for the room and access to the pools are very reasonable, rooms are comfortable, clean and at the perfect temperature. Pools are fun and varied enough to not get bored too quickly. We did a couples massage and loved it. Defnitely worth the stay!
I went at this hotel for an evening at the SPA. The SPA is wonderful, there are many services, all open access. There is a beautiful Finnish Sauna, Turkish Bath, warm pool, and many other things for relax. Stewarts and Hostesses were very nice. I had a great evening! And the ticket for entering at the SPA in the evening has a very low price! I recommend it to everybody!
Very good hotel, with very kindly team. Nice spa and swimming pool. But first is nice custo mer relationship.
Single beds that areright next to each other. Bathroom was small, not sure if the toilet was cleaned before we checked in. Bathroom had a tub and shower. Service in the dining and front desk was great. In a cute location with small shops. Room smelled a little musty. Must bring 3 prong outlets to charge anything.
