Overpriced but somehow decent food and helpful staff. Better than many other cafeterias within the airport, at least to my experience.

I ordered a chicken sandwich. The cashier put it in the panini grill. When I bit it, the bread was grilled and the chicken was frozen and pink. Not wanting to get sick, I took it back and asked for cheese. The manager refused to replace it, instead offered to put it back in the panini warmer. My health isn’t worth an uncooked sandwich.

Very unfriendly people that work there and they'll refuse to speak English. Try to find another place at FCO for your morning coffee and breakfast.
