I ordered a cappuccino and an Americano but received a cappuccino and an espresso. Not sure how that happened, I thought an Americano is still called an Americano in Italy. Had trouble communicating with the staff in English. Prices were not bad for an airport though, paid 3.70 Euros for two drinks.

Stale panini and the meat smelled off, took one bite and threw the rest away. “Toasted” but cold. No smiles from staff, cold coffee, expensive for what you receive.

An excellent food court come café at the departure level of Rome fumicino airport. A little overpriced but thats a common trait in every airport. But good choice of italian cuisine and coffees. A great place to satisfy your tastebuds as you deal with your impatience to get to your destination.

Worst experience in Italy so far, rude attendants, they don't respect the customer and keeps messing up with their "line system". Mediocre food quality.

Horrible service. So bad that, when I finally received my panino, I’ve thrown in the garbage bin, as I refused to eat something from them.

I bought a "casareccio" sandwich for 6,10 euro and a bottle of water. The sandwich was stale and the employee who served me didn't ask me whether I wanted a glass for my water. The tables for customers to sit down were dirty. Interestingly, there were two employees behind the counter and other customers to be served.

Stale sandwiches that smelled rotten, cold coffee and lazy rude staff, i took one bite of the sandwich and immediately spit it out. My partner bought a panini that was "toasted" it was still cold and the cheese was hard. If I knew how to report the facility to the health authorities, I would. Avoid this place
