Overpriced and lousy food, rude staff and confusing system to be served and to pay. One never expects high quality service from an airport cafeteria but this place was something else. I really recommend going to somewhere else in the airport to eat and/or drink.

Just spoilt our experience at rome fiumicino airport. The airport should just kick them out! A hamburger is EUR6.90 without fries fine. But no one tells you it is WITHOUT THE BUN! Then they tell you it was told to us and will charge us for the bun! The burger is just the ham on a plate! No sauce, no lettuce, no tomato. I believe these 3 ingridients are standard!

Located in the third floor of Fiumicino Airport, territori D’ITALIA (as they spell it) is some kind of self service restaurant, where you pick food and beveredges from several counters, pays at the cashier and them eat. At 15:00h, most options looked really old, but pizza is prepared on demand and I went for it. There’re 3 options of pizza, all at 7.90 euros each. Margherita, Napoli and Buffala Campana. No explanations about which one looks like so you’ll have to ask if you want to know beforehand. Margherita is a really famous kind of pizza and Buffala Campana I guess is some kind of vegetarian pizza. The one I’ve ordered was Napoli (or Napoletana, as it appears in the receipt) and it’s tomato sauce, some cheese (not a lot) and some pieces of alicci. Ut wasn’t impressive, bur it was decent and it was hot. I eat with a beer (birra) Peroni, that cost me 4.50 euro.

Contrariamente alle pessime esperienze descritte finora da altri clienti, la mia è stata nel complesso una buona esperienza. Il ristorante è in realtà un self service. I prezzi delle portate sono ben esposti e non sono esagerati se si considera che siamo in un aeroporto. Le portate inoltre sono piuttosto abbondanti. Infine lo staff mi è sembrato gentile, includendo dalla cassiera, alla addetta a servire le pietanze, fino al barista. Lo raccomando per un pranzo/cena veloce

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante al terzo piano dell'aeroporto di Fiumicino, zona T3. Abbiamo preso, al volo, una Carbonara degna di questo nome. Consiglio per un pasto veloce e di ottima qualità.
