I got the bad luck, or maybe I just expect too much. I feel like it is not worthy as the price I paid. I chose to have deep cleansing facial treatment, but the therapist even didn’t use machine on my face, she didn’t explain to me or talk to me. She left me along with the mask on, and the mask made my skin irreating and burning. No face massage, I got it, cause my skin is sensitive. She not even gave me head or neck massage. Lack of communication and lack of caring. I would just suggest to choose 90 min massage 30 min facial instead of 1 hour massage 1 hour facial.

I had a massage by Paul. I've read that he has good massage skill for relaxation and relief. He is qiite popular because I could not have a massage by walking in. So, I booked for a massage. He was quite amazing and has a healing hands. Price is also very reasonable price as well. Good atmosphere, good masseur. Everything was perfect.

I visited about a week ago, before the snap lockdown, and got a 2-hour facial & massage package treatment, which was really satisfying and value for money. The therapist was professional and polite. I would definitely come back for another treatment and highly recommend here.

I had the body scrub service in here and my skin get so smooth and soft. I really love here's body scrubing technique and atmosphere. they are using so good product. I might visit here again.

Five Elements Spa provides an excellent professional service. I came in experiencing severe headaches which cleared up after one visit. Commencing treatment during COVID I was a little nervous but very happy with the level of cleanliness. I was happy with my experience to date.
