Bought some coffee from this company at Lowe’s Foods. I grind the coffee and made 6 cups of it. The coffee was very light in flavor to the point where I almost felt I was drinking water with flavor. I figured I didn’t use enough coffee so I made some today. Put more coffee and still very light. I have had lighter roasts before that had more flavor. However what I was tasting was good and I do give the company props for being local and doing what they do. I will try a stronger roast in the future and revaluate.

First time I have visited - cute little place. Saw another person's review that is it near Target, and yes that is nice :) The operations manager, Ashley I believe, was a nice lady and knowledgeable. I think they have only hot coffee that they serve but she did mention having cold brew in the bag. *Owner- correct me if I am wrong!*
