Iv approached many repair centres in the city and these guys were clear and concise about the services they could offer, and they stuck to their prices. I wouldn't consider using another company. They also offer used phones at prices beating gumtree private sellers, so if i ever need another phone il be seeing these guys. Well done guys!

If I could, I would give this shop 10 stars. My Macbook Pro was completely broken, almost beyond repair. I had spilled water all over it, which damaged all of the insides. When I took it to the Apple shop, they told me it was unfixable. I read online that people paid in excess of 1000 for a full water damage repair from Apple. Eventually I stumbled across this store and seen the good reviews. I took my Macbook and within 3 days, not only did they some how completely fix my laptop, but they even UPGRADED it. All for just 580 (this is insanely cheap for a full macbook pro repair, nevermind an upgrade too) Thank you so much Fix IT, I will definitely come to you again if I need more repairs! Can not recommend this shop enough.
Excellent service and value for money after Apple told me my Mac Pro was unrepairable also replaced my iPhone screen for a reasonable price. No idea why these guys are in a small back shop in County Road , they would make a killing in the center of Liverpool! Can’t recommend them high enough.
Excellent service, high quality repair to my iphone [replacement rear glass] and I was contacted once the repair had been completed. Timescale for the repair was spot on, great value for money. Excellent customer service.
Dropped off my Lenovo yoga 700 touchscreen 2 in 1 on Monday was fixed by Thursday. Works great now. Repaired quick and for a good price. My laptop display stopped working it stopped lighting up but the touchscreen still worked and the laptop still worked with a external display. I contacted and dropped off my laptop with 3 different repair places in Liverpool and Bootle and they all couldn't fix it or couldn't get the parts. The guys at fix it seemed to know what the problem was right away repaired my laptop great. Thanks
