As the only KFC and established fast food outlet in Flagstaff, it is always packed. However the queue moves faster and the cashiers are friendly.

The staff of KFC Flagstaff have a good service and they treat their customers well.
Probably one of the fastest KFC joints I've ever visited... But that also kind of explains why the food was a bit raw.
The service was not good at all, the order took forever to get ready. The meal was good though.
Its always packed the queue would even go outside of the store you never get a chance to buy.
Space is small and their wraps and burgers are not good The ice cream machine always not working.
