I have been going to United way to have my tax preperation done for the last 3 years and have never experienced this type of unproffesionlism as I have today. Calling to schedule and appointment has taken multiple calls and voicemails trying to lock in a time and date. I finally had the opportunity to speak with Eileen who is the Director of this program and the individual who's prepped my taxes for the past 3 years. Mind you the process has changed when scheduling an appointment from the prior years going here. She not only addressed me with attittude in regards to my frustration with trying to schedule an appointment, but she also had a very agrumentative deameanor throughout our entire call. The credibility I once had for this company is no longer. As a leader of this program you should be ashamed when dealing with the public in such a manner.

Eileen is a authorized tax consultant, she was Soo much help to me. I had 6 yrs. Of unfinished taxes that she completed for me. She's been able to make my life easier with her expertise.
