I have been using this company for residential and commercial work for 25 years. I am giving them a 4 star rating because they have struggled with customer service and lead times off and on in the last year but overall the product is excellent and the employees care.

I would advise not working with this company, especially for contract/ hospitality projects. They delivered 3 months late and have not invoiced me yet a month after installing. They also fired my sales representative mid-project and didn't properly pick up the loose ends. Horrendous experience overall.
